    HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE DIVISION:

    FULL-TIME REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER wanted to join our team!  Our staff enjoy a family-oriented work environment; pay starting at $22.28 (negotiable based on experience); flexible scheduling, excellent benefit package, hich includes:  a defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plan; employer paid long-term and short-term disability and life insurance; medical, dental, and vision benefits; eight sick days per year; 13 paid holidays; and, vacation time after the first year.  On-call after orientation is required, travel throughout Chippewa County and a reliable, insured vehicle is also required. Staff receive mileage reimbursement at the IRS-approved rate.  

     

    ON-CALL POSITION - EUP Home Health & Hospice, a division of Chippewa County Health Department, is seeking a registered nurse to provide on-call and perform visits with established clients, when needed.  On-call time will be a minimum of 96 hours per month (two weekends per month from Saturday 8am to Monday 8am); more hours possible based on staffing needs, up to 120 hours per month. Visits will be in addition to on-call and performed during on-call time. Pay will include $2.50 per hour for on-call hours and $60.00 per visit, mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS-rate.
