COVID-19 VACCINE INFOMATION

Booster Age Requirements:

Anyone 12 years and older can receive Pfizer-BioNTech booster

Anyone 18 years and older can receive Moderna and Johnson & Johnson booster

Individuals who received a Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, are eligible for a 4th dose if 50 years and older or those that are moderate to severe immunocompromised can receive a 4th shot 4 months after their 3rd.

Individuals who received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, are eligible for a 4th dose if 50 years and older or those that are moderate to severe immunocompromised can receive a 4th shot 4 months after their 3rd.

 

Individuals may choose which vaccine they receive as a booster dose. Some people may have a preference for the vaccine type that they originally received and others, may prefer to get a different booster.
