Parent/Guardian consent form is required for non-confidential services.
Eligibility
The SHACC serves students enrolled in Sault Area High School and Career Center, Sault Area Middle School and Malcolm School, without regard to ability to pay, insurance status, race, religion, color, national origin, creed, disability, age, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, or sexual
preference.
Additional Services
The SHACC will provide scheduled, limited, non-emergency medical health care services to Sault Area Public School staff 3pm to 4pm.
However, students receive priority for scheduled and walk-in services.
Treatment for minor acute illness or immunizations will be billed to the adult if health insurance does not coverage service. This includes copays and deductibles. Treatment for chronic illness or health promotion exams are not provided to adults.

$10 / Comprehensive Physical Examination
$10 / each Immunization
$15 / TB Test
No student is denied services based on inability to pay!
Students/families without insurance are encouraged to apply for Medicaid.
