Welcome to SHACC
Our goal is to achieve the best possible physical, intellectual, and emotional health of area youth by providing services which are of highest quality, easy accessibility and are acceptable to all students of Sault Area High School, Sault Area Middle School, the Career Center and Malcolm High School.
All patients seeking health care services at the SHACC are provided care regardless of ability to pay. No patient is denied service based on an inability to pay.
The sliding fee /discount program is offered to all patients who are unable to pay for their services. The SHACC does not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation or gender identity. The federal poverty guidelines are used in creating and updating the sliding fee scale; the scale is updated on an annual basis. Billing processes protect client confidentiality at all times.
